The Challenge

The Confédération Nationale du Tourisme (CNT), supported by the Office National Marocain du Tourisme (ONMT), recognized the need for a centralized platform to deliver continuous training and support digital adoption across this fragmented ecosystem.
The existing Tourism Academy needed to scale nationally, accommodate multiple sub-sectors, and provide accessible career development for thousands of professionals—from entry-level staff to experienced operators.
